Implementation of 90% government subsidy and 10% beneficiary share through procurement process based on DBT principle through social welfare of any registered women/men of scheduled caste/tribe through various government schemes. The above groups are those who are smallholders and who have less availability of employment. The objective of this scheme is to create employment for such groups.
